Tour Overview

Embark on a journey to the heart of Waiheke Island with our meticulously curated wine tour, designed to showcase the finest vineyards and scenic vistas the island offers. Your day begins with a convenient pickup at Matiatia Wharf, following a brief and scenic ferry ride from Auckland.

Our first stop is the renowned Mudbrick Vineyard, where you will savor hand-selected wines while overlooking the expansive Waitemata Harbour and the distant skyline of Auckland. This vineyard is celebrated not only for its wines but also for the tranquil beauty that surrounds its estate, providing a perfect backdrop for your tastings.

From there, we venture to the highest point on Waiheke, the Batch Winery. Here, amidst north-facing, sun-soaked hillsides, you can enjoy a leisurely lunch (at your own cost) from their Al La Carte menu. The winery offers a panorama that stretches across the Hauraki Gulf, framed by the lush greenery of vine terraces.

The tour continues to Stonyridge Vineyards, nestled in a picturesque valley adorned with olive trees and vibrant vines reminiscent of the South of France. As you explore the offerings of this charming vineyard, our knowledgeable local guides provide insightful commentary about the winemaking process and the unique aspects of Waiheke’s viticulture.

Each location has been chosen for its exceptional quality and distinct character, ensuring an enriching experience that goes beyond mere wine tasting. As we handle all the details, from transport to insightful commentary, you are free to relax and immerse yourself in the sensory pleasures of Waiheke Island. Join us for a day of exploration, taste, and unforgettable landscapes.
