After an informative orientation, you will be shown to a private room equipped with all the essentials for your session. Begin by showering to prepare your body for the float, then step into a specialized tank filled with 30cm of water, heated to match skin temperature and saturated with over 500kgs of Epsom salt. This high-density solution creates a zero-gravity environment, allowing your body to float effortlessly. The absence of gravity helps decompress the spine and alleviates various physical discomforts, from back and neck pain to muscular and joint pain.

The session starts with a few minutes of soothing music, setting a calm, meditative tone that helps transition you into a state of profound relaxation.
