Please check your pick up time to ensure you do not miss your pickup. We are unable to wait for late guests. • You will receive an email with important pickup information in the days prior, please read this information.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Cruise passengers: we can't guarantee you will be back for a ship leaving between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm.

  • The tour runs in all weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a rain jacket.
  • Most of the Hobbiton tour is on foot, on gravel paths with slopes and some steps. It is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who find it hard to walk on uneven ground.
  • You must travel with us from Auckland. We can't meet you at Hobbiton.
  • Please tell us children's ages when booking so we can provide the right car seat.
