Departing from the bustling Viaduct Harbour, this 4.5-hour eco safari aboard a research vessel offers a profound way to experience the wildlife of the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park. Here, the city meets the sea, and you are immediately thrust into a world where the ocean's majestic inhabitants rule the waves.

As the boat cuts through the clear waters, keep your eyes peeled for the graceful leaps of dolphins and the impressive breaches of whales. The presence of knowledgeable experts on board enhances your journey, as they share insights about the behaviors, habitats, and conservation statuses of the marine life you encounter.
